Sale of Home Grown Produce 2011

COLD ASH HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY SUMMER SHOW

Cold Ash Horticultural Society and Cold Ash Parish Greening Group have joined together to organise the sale of Home Grown Produce

This event is part of the Phase II of our Greening Campaign to continue with our goals to reduce our carbon footprint and save money! Our Local Food project is about helping to reduce ‘food miles’ and encourage local growing by parishioners.

So, come along to buy, and bring your own Home Grown Produce to sell!

Our gazebos will be situated along the edge of the Acland Hall Car Park.

Sale conditions

1. Only two categories of produce accepted for sale, namely:-

a. Vegetables and b. Fruits

2. Produce must have been grown by parishioners.

3. Items must be pre-bagged – [clear polythene] - either mixed or same.

4. Bagged items must be labelled with your name and priced at either

a. £1.00 or b. 50p

5. Monies received for sold items will be paid to the individual seller.

6. Unsold items will be returned to the seller.

Timings

1 pm to 2 pm Items for sale accepted

2 pm Sale commences

4 pm Sale ends

4.30 pm Monies paid / unsold items returned - to sellers
